Sue Plowman

Sue is the Owner and Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Sue established Happy Days in 2001 having previously had 3 years supervisory experience working in a local pre-school. Sue is qualified to Level 4 and has numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Management and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Sue lives in Horton Heath and has 3 grown up sons.

Ali Diaper

Ali is Deputy Manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead/Officer. She has worked at Happy Days since 2007. Ali deputises for Sue in her absence. Ali is qualified to Level 3 and has numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 4), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. She lives in Fair Oak and has 2 grown up sons who both attended Happy Days.

Natalie Eade

Natalie is Supervisor/Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2009. Natalie is currently studying for a Foundation Degree in Early Years. She has worked in childcare since leaving school and holds a Level 3 qualification, numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Natalie lives in Fair Oak and has 2 sons who both attended Happy Days.

Lenore Lawson

Lenore is Senior Assistant/Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2009 and has experience as a child-minder. Lenore is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Lenore lives in Fair Oak and has a daughter and 2 sons – both sons attended Happy Days.

Louise Golding

Louise is Senior Assistant/Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2013 and previously to this, was a parent and volunteer with us. Louise is qualified to Level 3 with numerous qualifications in Early Years pedagogy as well as in Prevent Duty, Child Protection and Safeguarding (Level 3), Food Hygiene and also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Louise lives in Bishopstoke with her daughter who attended Happy Days.

Joanne Brown

Jo’s role is SENCO and Senior Assistant/Key person. Jo has worked at Happy Days since 2014 and both her children attended Happy Days. Jo is qualified to Level 3 and has had specific training for working with children with special needs. She also has numerous qualifications in Early Education pedagogy, Safeguarding (Level 3), and holds a certificate in Paediatric First Aid. Jo lives in Fair Oak and has a son and daughter.

Jaimee Smith

Jaimee’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since 2018 and both her children attended Happy Days. Jaimee has recently qualified to Level 3. She has had training on Behaviour Management and Prevent Duty as well as certificates in other early years courses. Jaimee holds a certificate in Paediatric First Aid. She lives in Fair Oak and has 2 daughters.

Claire Lahey

Claire’s role is Support Assistant. She has worked on and off at Happy Days since 2008. She has also been involved in fund-raising activities as a parent when 3 of her 5 children attended Happy Days. Claire holds qualifications in Food Hygiene and Prevent Duty has a diploma in Pre-School Practice (Level 3). She lives in Fair Oak.

Georgie Wiewiora

Georgie’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since January 2020. Georgie has recently qualified to Level 3 and has training in Prevent Duty and Safeguarding as well as other early years training courses. Georgie lives in Boorley Green and has 3 daughters and a son.

Sadie Layton

Sadie’s role is Key person. She has worked at Happy Days since November 2019 and has worked in childcare since leaving school. She is qualified to Level 3 and has qualifications in Early Years pedagogy and Prevent Duty. Sadie is currently on maternity leave and has 2 sons.
